working on a new paper

Nowadays the main efficacious effort in the field of Islamic studies is  seeking for a new theory gives us the chance to bring Islam and modern democracy more close and lets the believers in both to accept a kind of Cognitive consonance   

As a matter of fact there is a long history of discussion on some suggestions that insists, albeit the arisen time of these tow is so different, both has the authentic capacity to being more synchronized and better accompanying in their performance

the language of the offered poem is Arabic except the last part which is partly Persian

I am working on an article entitled "bases of changeability and adoptability in Islamic Shia jurisprudence with reference to the function of Time and Place"

Mistranslation

I guess the closest explanation for the Persian phrase of "Jonbesh-e- Narmafzari" would be "A sort of tendency between both scholars and country's official managers which, supposedly, should guide to a serious of actions aimed igniting a wide scientific and academic movement for more knowledge procreation within the society"

a firmly literal and faithful translation is "Software Movement"!

Qom to Host “Religious Methodology” Scientific Conference

Manager of the software department of Islamic Culture and Sciences Research Center announced that a great scientific conference on religious methodology is planned to be held next year in the holy city of Qom.

Referring to the specific approach to methodology taken by the center’s software department, Abdolmajid Moballeghi said, “We have plans in mind to hold the conference as efficiently as possible. These include having meetings with eminent scholars and university lecturer, preparing an agenda for the meetings, and setting up scientific teams.”

He also pointed to the establishment of an innovation registry unit at the department, adding that this unit has been set up to organize and extend innovative activities in theological research. “It is hoped to provide grounds for an effective approach towards innovation based on a scientific and analytical look.

He further referred to introducing and appreciating the efforts of past and present innovators and thinkers as an important plan of the unit, emphasizing that it would promote more extensive and profound religious investigations www.ibna.ir

Hafiz is called Hafiz because he was a famous memorizer of "Koran"

According to Islamic tradition, the tittle can be given to those who memorize the Moslem's holy book: Koran.

There are many objective reasons why studying Clerics in Shia Islam is not only based on research under today’s political circumstances but also on improving a deeper understanding of the “knowledge“ that has provided, with a genealogical analysis, a different kind of “contingency” making possible the politicization of Shia and Shiafication of politics.

My objective is to demonstrate how this contingency has given the “political power” and “Shi’a Islam” a unique historical chance to interact for more than a millennium and finally adequately develop to create an Iranian shia state.

My genealogical approach necessarily demands a closer look at Sadeqain era during which knowledge and practice created a historically distinctive integration which in turn culminated in a politico-religious minority emerging in a sunni Islamic world.

This relation between knowledge and practice generated a politico-religious body which has been one of the most influential and prestigious clerical authority in the world.

The knowledge aspect of this discourse is more manifested in Hawza of Najaf while its practical aspect flourished more in hawza of Qom and led to more politicized version of Shia islam. Thus, it can be claimed that Hawza of Qom is a political fruit of knowledge tree of Hawza of Najaf rooted in Sadeqain era.

Understanding this knowledge and practice and their articulation in underpinning elements of shia discourse of Sadegain helps us to distinguish the differences between hawzas of Najaf and Qom.

My study tries to partly unravel this discourse to depict shia clerical body in both Hawzas of Najaf and Qom.

Muhyiddin Ibn 'Arabi (1165 Ad- 1240 AD)

Ibn 'Arabi is a well known name for those researchers who works in the field of theoretical mystics.

there is no doubt that he has introduced one of the most worthwhile tradition toward mystical approach.

within his school we can see an interpreting style which gives a spirit to the different aspects of life in "this world".

"love" has located in the center of his works

it is a quote of him quoting his explanation of a logical relationship between 3 levels: Universe, Existence, and Love:

"the movement which is the existence of the universe is the movement of love"

(Ibn' Arabi: Fusus-alHikam)

اي برادر تو همه انديشه‌اي/مابقي خود استخوان و ريشه‌اي
many believe, as i think the same, Mulana (Roomy) is giving us the most attractive interpretation of Quran in the whole history.
he tried to show those "fundamental of those principles" that "the book of Gad(: Quran)" are explaining them .
as he, himself, is mentioning in the first line of his great book, Rooney's poems are containing "the principles of principles of principles of the religion" (:اصول اصول اصول الدين)
i guess the way you see the world will change if you experience breathing of the fresh air within the wonderful universe of Roomy's poems.
give yourself the chance of "dialog" with this man who know what dose real and deep love mean.
at least, if not more, we all need to meet Roomy once in our life.

hafez again

دوش وقت سحر از غصه نجاتم دادند/واندر آن ظلمت شب آب حیاتم دادند

بیخود از شعشعه پرتو ذاتم کردند/باده از جام تجلی صفاتم دادند

this poem of Hafez had a great influence on me. it is about a skiey experience of him . by the poem he try to open a golden gate toward sky and show us a very big glorious event.

who can comprehend it? what dose it mean? is it possible to explain it in a realm of transparent and exact words?
Finlay is it reasonable to speak about he existence of this capability or not?
philosophically there are different answers to this sort of questions....

thesis

it is a long time that i hadn't visit my blog. i am busy to write my thesis. its about discursive analysis of Islamic jurisprudence in it's methodological concept.
i try to do my best. but there are some problems.
... and something else lots of necessary resources are not available. how can i pass over the problem! i don't know.

newspaper reading culture

newspapers are main road of transforming new ideas to third world countries. but this tool can play it's role in a proper atmosphere.
it is not reasonable to wait for the effeteness while the culture of newspaper reading is not existed on the ground in these kinds of societies

political science is always ...

political science is always interesting to me. knowing how governments make their power indefeasible by using different tools of control seems very complicated and at the same time punctilious issue.

to explain this complicity, i consider a supposed society before establishment of it's government. in this case every individual person has the right to do what ever he decide to do.

in fact all are free to act with no limitation.

then i imagine (i stress on the necessity of imagination here) an institution is founded by a person or a group of them.

simply it is the root of government.

now i encounter to the main question: how this institution can emerged as the most accepted position of the society: sovereignty?

why judges can sentenced a person to death on behalf of the public interest which supposedly is reflected to the body of governments? how?

Mulana and ontological hermeneutics

Hermeneutics is the science of interpretation. historically it has divided to 2 branches: 1- methodological hermeneutics 2- ontological hermeneutics.
today i saw an article about Mulana and ontological hermeneutics. it seemed to be notable. i will read it soon.

Hafez translation

روز اول كه سر زلف تو ديدم گفتم/كه پريشاني اين سلسله را آخر نيست
i just tried to translate this poem of Hafez e Shirazi. but i found it so complicated. the hardest section is replacing different layers of metaphors by proper equivalent words. as i know some professional translators have asserted, in many cases, it would be impossible.

they are coming

So, it is long time that i didn't come here. i was very busy. now new news! MBC has started a Persian channel. it shows famous movies with Persian subtitles.
as i heard also BBC has planned to have his own Persian new channel. it will start broadcasting its programs this Autumn.

Tehran is a beautiful city. there are lots of different cultural attitudes in the city. first maybe we think in ideological environments diversity will not be seen easily but, i think, in this kinds of conditions differences will be highlighted more. ideology make a main lots of formal and accepted protocols to define standard behaviors. as a reflex misbehavior's Will be distinguishable everywhere

"we" in a desert

just imagine you are alone in a desert and nobody can see you! what happen ...
don't make mistake. I'm not speaking about some physical situations. i am speaking about mentality . at the moment, when it is so hot and you are going to drink the last drop. focus on your mind... maybe you will find your self more relaxed. here you don't have different complicated package of wishes. you just have one big wish. stay alive. so when you want just one think your mind stay calm.
return to the real world. we have lots of desires and limited potentiality. that's why we feel so bad...
