political science is always interesting to me. knowing how governments make their power indefeasible by using different tools of control seems very complicated and at the same time punctilious issue.
to explain this complicity, i consider a supposed society before establishment of it's government. in this case every individual person has the right to do what ever he decide to do.
in fact all are free to act with no limitation.
then i imagine (i stress on the necessity of imagination here) an institution is founded by a person or a group of them.
simply it is the root of government.
now i encounter to the main question: how this institution can emerged as the most accepted position of the society: sovereignty?
why judges can sentenced a person to death on behalf of the public interest which supposedly is reflected to the body of governments? how?
